Hayman's London Dry Gin is the culmination of Christopher Hayman's 40 years involvement in the distillation of Gin. A premium classic style of London Dry Gin that reflects Christopher's belief that the traditional style of Gin is still the finest example of London Dry Gin which is designed to be used with both the traditional and contemporary Gin drinks.

The recipe consists of 10 botanicals that are steeped for 24 hours before being distilled in a traditional Pot Still. Christopher believes it is the careful and consistent balance of Juniper, Coriander and Orange and Lemon peel that delivers a truly classic London Dry Gin.

INGREDIENTS:
45ml Hayman's London Dry Gin

15ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy XO

2 x Fresh Pineapple Wedges - (one with skin, one without)

2 x Orange Slices

2 x Lemon Wedges

Method:
In a mixing glass muddle skinless pineapple wedge, 1 piece of orange and 1 piece of lemon with the cherry liqueur. Add Hayman's Gin and 30ml of water. Shake with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:
Garnish with remaining fruit wedges.
