Boiling water

Lightly whipped cream

Fresh grated nutmeg or cinnamon

Method:
Add Hot Irishman Coffee to a heat proof glass. Pour boiling water and float lightly whipped cream on top.

Garnish:
Sprinkle grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
