INGREDIENTS:

50ml Cointreau

30ml Cranberry juice

20ml Lemon juice

1 x Orange

METHOD:

Carefully peel the orange and twirl the peel around a cocktail stirrer. Fill a Boston shaker with fresh ice and then pour in all of the ingredients and shake well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and enjoy.

GARNISH:

Garnish with the orange peel and serve.
