Amaro Negroni

A slight twist on a cult classic, which has recently become a favourite amongst both top bartenders and their customers.

Ingredients:
60ml Amaro Montenegro

30ml Premium Gin

30ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Two dashes of Fee Brother's Black Walnut Bitters

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a tumbler or rocks glass. Fill with ice and stir down.

Garnish:
Garnish with a twist of Orange Peel.
