Tasting Note: our third collaboration with AJ Hackett for the NZIPA Challenge held at Smiths Craft Beer House in Queenstown. The rules for this challenge are to be a new beer using only New Zealand ingredients. Even though we haven't put it on the label we have used 100% organic NZ grown barley and organic NZ grown Nelson Sauvin hops. We wanted to make a tasty and delicious, yet highly drinkable beer which celebrates the best NZ organic ingredients we could get hold of. Even though it is hoppy, it isn't crazy
