Tasting Note: Drappier’s Charles de Gaulle Cuvée is a powerful and elegant Champagne, blending 80% Pinot Noir with 20% Chardonnay. The nose opens with fine notes of citrus, apple, almond, and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it offers remarkable complexity, with an airy mousse and delicate candied notes. Aged 36 months on lees with low sulfites, this cuvée reflects depth, character, and finesse, paying tribute to the legacy of General de Gaulle.
