Tasting Note: While the name might not be as universally recognised as those of some houses, Charles Heidsieck produce brilliant champagnes that are prized by aficionados across the globe. Their provenance is immense, with origins stretching back as far as 1785. Matured 25 metres beneath the ground in chalk cellars constructed in the 11th century, the NV rosé is a delicately subtle, beautifully aromatic and evocative expression boasting creamy notes of strawberry, peach and cinnamon.
