Hancocks Employees must report any activity violating laws, safety, and regulations and follow all Company Policies.
Whenever possible, Employees should report concerns about potential violations of laws, safety concerns, regulations, Policies and procedures to their direct Manager or Human Resources.
Hancocks recognises that circumstances related to alleged violations may cause Employees to feel uncomfortable making a report in person. To ensure all Employees can make a report without revealing their identity, Hancocks has established a confidential reporting mechanism through the Hancocks website.
Hancocks encourages Employees, Contractors, and other Stakeholders to report any concerns related to (but not limited to) Modern Slavery, Health and Safety and Ethical standards through a confidential and accessible reporting mechanism.
Upon receiving an anonymous report of an alleged violation, Hancocks will investigate according to any related Laws, regulations, Policies and Procedures.
All anonymous reports, investigation findings and corrective actions are reported to the Hancocks Board.
