About the Brand
Born in Irelands County Tipperary in 1978, Carolans became one of the largest Irish Cream brands in the world. Named after Turlough OCarolan, a celebrated 17th century harpist who was a legendary travelling musician. Its superior taste is derived from the subtle blending of flavours including naturally sourced honey. In 2017 Carolans was acquired by Heaven Hill Brands and continues to flourish by staying dedicated to the same quality and flavour its had for over 45 years. Carolans Salted Caramel is an award-winning line extension to the family, arriving in February 2025.
