Founded in 1937, Brookfields is Hawkes Bays oldest boutique winery. Admittedly the wine styles have changed since the in the early years, moving from port, sherry and a little wine, to the range of premium Hawkes Bay varieties we enjoy today. Peter Robertson, owner and winemaker, bought Brookfields Vineyards in 1977. As more wineries have appeared around him in the Hawkes Bay, Peter has quietly carried on at Brookfields making a range of wines that are always great buying and please his loyal customers year after year.

With a reputation built on producing stunning award-winning red wines such as Cabernet/Merlot, Syrah and the must-have Sun-Dried Malbec, it's the extended varietals of handcrafted Chardonnay, richly flavoured Pinot Gris and Ros that has firmly placed Brookfields as one of Hawke's Bay's best winemakers.
